Groovy output creation, Error log files generation, Groovy Shell use #54

A Groovy Output, where are printed the error and standard outputs, had been created. A button allowing to delete its content had been created. An error log file is created in the user tmp dir when there are errors during the groovy script execution. A button to stop the running process had been created. The Groovy Shell is now used instead of the Groovy Script Engine.
