Client git info - resolves local branch's remote instead of assuming origin Closes #234
Client git info - build requests latest commit on remote branch by default instead of latest on local branch. Closes #254
Enforce build timeouts. Default 1 hour, unless global or stage-level timeouts (units in minutes) specified in config. Closes #250
