Fixes to importing #4

I have added some fixes where certain room names or descriptions would not work. I also added a command to export all users as not having this was causing most of my imports to fail. Finally, I created a little spreadsheet to generate the commands needed to run just to make life a little easier.

Thanks for the fix @davidbartonau! There are lots of improvements here, so this is great. Also, the spreadsheet is a nice touch so thank you!
