Bulk Backup #18

It would be good to be able to back up ALL the CIDs in the jobs database (all the submitted OrbitDB snapshots) all at once in a storage deal.

This feature would both:

  1. Make it more compatible with the large sector sizes on testnet / mainnet
  2. Save the powergate-io nodes FIL in the end due to consolidated storage deals.
