Removing streams from snapshot functions

Since the later version of js-ipfs don't require streams as input to add, we can remove those and save ourselves some hassle. What do we think?

@oed curious on your thoughts about this - will this mess up anything you're doing? :D

I don't think so as we are not using snapshots. Thanks for asking @aphelionz :)
