per https://github.com/orbitdb/orbit-db/issues/876 the latest demo links pointed to a broken example site with incompatible ipfs and orbitdb versions.
this pr updates ipfs and orbitdb to version compatible with each other and updates the demo links. test the demo link here: https://github.com/tabcat/example-orbitdb-todomvc/tree/patch#example-orbitdb-todomvc
