Re-ordering of chapters.

I'm not sure if this is in the right location. It could be reworked to be more tightly integrated with the music tutorial so that it could be moved back into the tutorial section. Parking in Architecture for now.

I think its ok to leave this section where it is then.

It's insanely hard to get http2 to run without a cert. The only alternative would be to fall back to http1x and cripple all the incredibly useful features of http2
