Add handles/functionality for LM RR stow and VHF EVA antenna #1059

Adding this here so it's documented. The LM needs a unstow handle for the RR found on the AOT and stow/unstow handle for the VHF EVA antenna and a mesh for the antenna itself.

Ive already got the antenna and its handle modeled, ill see what i can do for the RR one
