-The LVDC insertion targeting now uses the same parameters as the actual mission The most notable change is the apogee after insertion now being 190 NM instead of 125 NM. The 125 value would have been a standard insertion.
I have tested this through NC-2 and let the MCC generate NCC and NSR PADs and the required plane change during these burns is small.
