As much as Orbiter is used to simulate historical space missions, it seems very odd that the Scenario Editor plug-in lacks any sort of capability of importing Two Line Elements (TLEs) in order to place various orbiting objects at their historical locations. So this should be added. It doesn't even have to to be historical TLEs either as sites like CelesTrak curates online repositories of up-to-date TLEs for a multitude of objects.
