CMake Files for building SDK samples without building the Orbiter.

Included templates:

MFDTemplate
DialogTemplate
LaunchpadItemTemplate

Included Vessels:

Atlantis
DeltaGlider
HST
Quadcopter
Solarsail
ScriptVessel

Included MFD:

AscentMFD
CustomCameraMFD
LuaMFD
ScriptMFD
TransX

Other modules:

DX9ExtMFD
DrawOrbits
LuaConsole

Anything else need to be included in samples ? (The rest are, of course, build as part of the Orbiter)
