Installer should handle updating as well. It'll really just add LOKI to the registry and whatever, nothing fancy.

Splash Screen will just be to show that things are loading.

Splash screen implemented, it's not nearly as fancy as I was hoping (no log view) but it gets the job done. Installer will be on hold until I do some research into it.
