Loaded MapGeometries and their source files need to be serialized for persistence

MapGeometry should be stored in a wrapper class owned by ProgramData, rather than as a raw ObservableList owned by ProgramData
Do not move existing files, merely store the original file path
Store color customization
If users create custom geometry in LOKI, that file should be stored, likely in AppData, and then referenced in the same manner as all other geometries
