Clear or Reset Tracks and Data trails on Data Source Disable #36

Tracks should get cleared if their source is disabled, depending on some configuration value

This may require more sophisticated tracking of which Data Source(s) are contributing to a track
- If their exclusive source is disabled, the tracks will attempt to drop
Sources may have a setting to clear their tracks on deactivate
- If clear-on-deactivate is set, the tracks will get dropped instantly. If not, they'll be allowed to persist and drop normally as if their data trails simply faded

Somewhat related, I encountered a bug where data trails and entire tracks would get missed - I suspect this is related to Issue #33, but it may be its own thing in this vein as well
