Can you please make 'vclock' an OASIS package?

I don't know anything about OASIS, what's involved in it? Do you have a good link I can read to quickly learn how to do it? Would ocamlbuild work for you as well? Also, since I'm a noob on OASIS, what is the benefit over a makefile?

OASIS is becoming a de-facto standard for packaging OCaml, it uses ocamlbuild and is capable of generating all the standard boilerplate (README, INSTALL, Makefile, _tags). The tutorial is available here.
