The data takes up a lot of space. It would be good to be able to delete regions we decide we don't want without having to delete a whole grain.
Updates to the regions will be another whole thing, we'll worry about that later.
Also: Add a nice "delete all" feature. Mainly for test users since we've gone through multiple map data sets, and it would be hard to allow for deleting stuff from older sets. (Don't forget the "are you sure")
