Switch to Nominatim Lite #65

Thanks to Hacker News commenter for pointing me here. Let's keep an eye on this:

Once it's released we can hopefully obsolete the custom Sqlite+FTS5 based stuff I threw together. And we'll get addresses for free, etc etc.
