Allow creating markers in arbitrary locations (not just search results) #7

With a single left click or right click, maybe with a menu.

I'm marking this as a launch feature because it seems like it's necessary for full usability, since it seems like a basic use case. Not everywhere that a user wants to mark will be part of a search result.

I could be persuaded away from this claim, but I don't think it would cost me a lot of time to implement anyway.

This uses the "context menu" which is right click on a PC and long press on a phone. This should be out in the next build. I don't want to close this issue until I try it on a phone, which will be a lot easier to do once it's released.

Released in appVerison 11. (Related bugfix in appVersion 12 related to permissions reflected in UI)
