Add hardcoded boyar version #66

I prefer the version is inline and not in the config.ts file

The rest of these configurations are inline (like the storage driver/NSF + paths to things like signer).. I don't want to move all of them to the config and I prefer they all sit in one place, and this is the first place I'd look

I fixed the cosmetics, I'll merge
