deploy.sh for deploying orbs images for (V2) production #211

deploy.sh script for deploying docker images to orbsnetwork and tagging them for canary, and hotfix deployments

the script allows publishing orbs component releases to V2 production network
for ONG user can specify canary or hotfix releases

This PR also changes the spec in how hotfixes are identified in the docker image tag. instead of +hotfix there will now be a -hotfix
