Spam clicking remote while using nether portal can lead to client world desync #3

Patch 1.12-0.8.1 made it more difficult but full spam clicking can still sometimes cause problems.

Players may suffer suffocation damage and/or have the loading screen hang on their client when teleporting until restart.

Update: all the worst problems no longer happen when re-tested in 0.9.0.

However, the teleport may still cancel leaving you stuck in the nether until client re-log.

Fixed in 1.12-0.9.5! :)
