Orchard compile service doesn't report warnings #147

The Orchard compiler web service (used in Try Orc, for example) either returns a collection of compiler messages or the program's valid OIL XML. It doesn't return both, so if a program compiles with no message more severe than a warning, then the messages are disregarded in favor of returning the OIL.
