Changes in Orctimizer branch that could/should be merged

The following commits could and maybe should be ported to master before the big merge. They all make changes that are not specific to the Orctimizer and they may be useful to people other than me.

The revisions should probably be applied roughly top to bottom. Especially for related changes. The changes may need to be cleaned before application to master.

• [x] de321eb003d8f0ccb811b89df2f3f09faf712ecc: Fix bug in Servlet API. Add test and gatling benchmark script.
• [x] 558455c962516c8fbea365fe97a10910963288bf: Add/update Servlet examples in OrcExamples.
• [x] 57fdee0bf4372e85868f37e06622b733d039a203: Work on chat server tests. Add Scala versions.
• [x] abd8ef5f9662dcf4d8ab0586dde9ae2f60d1de3c: Fix really inefficient type check in + operation.
