Orctimizer merge

The Orctimizer merge is almost ready. The primary changes that effect the token interpreter are:

• The Site API uses arrays instead of Lists for arguments. This is significantly faster if the input or output are also arrays (such as the Orctimizer output and the Java reflection API). It does not add complexity to the code from what I can tell.
• Replace OrcObjectInterface with HasMembers and attempt to make things with members and things that can be called separate concepts. This was not totally successful. There is still field access by call in the Java compat system. A fix will come later.
• Extract the event handling element of the execution/runtime into a trait so the Orctimizer backend can reuse it.

Some new commits will appear over the next day, but they will just be formatting clean ups and may actually shorten the diff if we are lucky.

I have looked into doing Organize imports on the Scala files and I cannot find a way to script it. I would like to merge this and solve that problem later.
