Installation instructions missing from OrcScala/INSTALL #189

Seems to assume user has already installed an orc.jar

I think this issue refers to OrcScala/INSTALL as it stands in the repo. When the Orc release ZIP archive is built, the instructions have "@orc.jar@" substituted with the path to the JAR.

Good catch, it's confusing when one looks at the repo.
