refinements to OS X app bundle #30

There are two main problems with the current app:

1. does not define a complete filetype for .orc files (it only defines the
extension)

2. does not include the JavaApplicationStub, so it doesn't work on recent
versions of 10.5.

John will send the JavaApplicationStub (with license), and plist file with
complete document type info so Adrian can integrate into the build process.

Sent an Orc.app built with the OS X native (Xcode) dev system to Adrian just 
now.  He'll need to integrate into his 
Ant build procedure.
