Improve "New file" commands in Orc Eclipse plug-in

I have a suggestion for plugin. When I am creating a new orc file it does not 
append the extension 
.orc automatically to the end of the file name. I thought maybe it's a good 
idea if plugin 
automatically append .orc extension to the file name if it does not have that.
Also, New Orc File and New Orc Project menu items does not appear in my context 
menu. It is very 
convenient to have them there. :)
