Project properties page site class path "New" button only adds directories #65

In the Orc Eclipse plugin, in the project properties widow, under the Orc 
project properties page, 
there is a site class path list with editing buttons.

The "New" button can only add directories to the path, not JAR files.

(If the path already had JAR file entries, everything works correctly.)
