Cannot find "Orc app for OS X" mentioned in INSTALL document #71

I have downloaded the ZIP file for orc-1.1.0. In the INSTALL document that is 
part of that release, mention is made of an "Orc app for OS X". I am not able 
to find any such application. Is such an application in the future plans, or 
does it already exist? If it exists, what is its location?
