Removed ltidir from hardcoded provider URLS #2

The change looks ok and should be merged as soon as possible. Without this change, the ORCA LTI provider URL found under the plugin settings must be adjusted and "/ltidir" must be omitted.

In the long run, the default text "https://provider.orca.nrw" found under Settings should be adjusted aswell.
