PLUGIN1-MOODLE duplicate header #74

Describe the bug When the Orca activity is embedded, two headers are displayed when viewing the activity.

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behaviour:

  1. GO to a course
  2. Create a OrcaLTI Activity
  3. In the Settings page click "Show More"
  4. Set Launch container to "Default" or "Embed"
  5. Select Orca content
  6. Save Settings
  7. Click on newly created OrcaLTI Activity

Expected behaviour There should be only one heading.
