Describe the bug Changing the size of the window makes the pop-up ugly. image

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behaviour:

  1. Open a course
  2. Resize the browser to half of the screen - or other sizes
  3. try to add a resource from the orcalti plugin

Expected behaviour Layout realign
