Update from streaming-orcasound-net to audio-orcasound-net bucket

@tanviraja24 - we will need to update the docker images & redeploy. Please follow the instructions starting at https://github.com/orcasound/aifororcas-livesystem/tree/main/InferenceSystem#running-inference-system-in-a-local-docker-container/.

For redeployment, you can just delete the pods. Kubernetes should automatically spin up a new pod with the new image. Please verify that the logs look correct.
