Revamp donation page with new design

Resolved orcasound/product#106

Per Website Redesign requirement:

• Replace text title and old description with top banner image and new description message
• Remove donation block, add two cards dedicated to donating to orcasound and volunteers
• Adapt the styling for desktop and mobile displays according to the provided design specifications
