Multiple "detected as up" notifications #138

"North San Juan Channel hydrophone stream was detected as up" is reported multiple times with nothing in between. Maybe the wrong word or something is displayed?

Possibly related to unintelligible since MaST currently shows as unintelligible but event log has:

9/28/2024 4:16:04 PM | MaST Center Aquarium hydrophone stream was detected as UNINTELLIGIBLE

Likely a result of running different algorithms on staging vs production site, with the same cosmosdb tables. We need a way to make the two use separate tables.
