Query OrcaHello state per node #16

As suggested during the Orcasound standup today.

The only thing that identifies the location seems to be the detections API, and the location names don't match the live.orcasound.net names. "Orcasound Lab" -> "Haro Strait" "Beach Camp at Sunset Bay" -> "Sunset Bay"

Example: https://aifororcasdetections.azurewebsites.net/api/detections?Page=1&SortBy=timestamp&SortOrder=desc&Timeframe=all&DateFrom=07%2F01%2F2023&DateTo=07%2F31%2F2023&Location=Sunset%20Bay&RecordsPerPage=5
