Uptime percentage doesn't match #181

Percentage on https://orcanodemonitor2.azurewebsites.net/NodeEvents/3de94e8c-f3b0-4b89-b19c-f6567d7322c3 doesn't match the % on the main dashboard page

When select dataplicity, uptime percentage definitely doesn't match, goes to 0%
