Crit: "... hydrophone stream was detected as UNINTELLIGIBLE ..." Crit: "... hydrophone stream was detected as OFFLINE ..." Crit: "... dataplicity connection was detected as OFFLINE ..."

In general, better->worse should be critical, worse -> better should be informational.
