Hi Kim,
Thank you for the feedback! I think this occurred because the hydrophone failed and we were slow to adjust the streamed data archive or Orcasound Lab location to reflect the change.
Since then we have been trying to add explanations to the hydrophone location pages in the listening app like this:
@veirs Can you update the status message? (I’ve forgotten what make/model of hydrophone you have deployed now and when it went in…)
And Kim — holler if it is still not working for you. (I just tested successfully in Chrome on both iOS and OSX devices.)
Hi, For the past 6 weeks I have been trying to listen to the North San Juan Hydrophone. Each time I get an error "failed to load". All other hydrophones work fine. I have tried to listen on my Apple phone (Safari browser) and on my computer with Google Chrome. The same happens when I try Microsoft Edge. I receive the message each time.
Microsoft Edge Version- 121.0.2277.98 Chrome Version - 121.0.6167.140 Windows
Apple 12- version 17.3
