Conduct usability study of Acartia.io #65

As of 2023, Acartia.io has a public view and an authenticated view. Usability studies of both are needed, but the public view is likely higher priority for current members of the data cooperative.

After high-priority 2023 Acartia enhancement issues are implemented, a usability study of the public view could be conducted with willing beta-testers (e.g. current data cooperative member organizations like Orca Network, and/or members of the concerned community scientist Orcasound persona who have opted in to user research).

Does this request include both the general public (non-authenticated) and authenticated versions?

I'd suggest prioritizing public view first (fall 2023?), then authenticated view in 2024.
