User Story
AS an Orcasound UX Team member that benefits from UX Research for the notifications system I WANT to understand user data regarding the notification system SO THAT I can design, write, etc. to improve the notification system based on user feedback.
Description
Since a comparative analysis and survey were run, additional discovery research may be warranted. Based on findings from both research methodologies, does a user interview study need to be run to go deeper on the quantitative data collected by the survey study? Maybe a contextual inquiry study? What else do we need to understand from Orcasound users when it comes to signing up for and editing notification preferences? Please think and discuss as a team what user insights are needed to make sure that the notification system meets user needs.
Notes:
Further discovery study may not be needed, but if so, please run a qualitative study to uncover user pain points and recommend solutions that can be implemented
To do
[x] Ideate on needed discovery research
[x] Put together study plan
[x] Run research
[x] Present findings to team members, stakeholders, UX leadership, and cross-functional team members as necessary
