edits to 21.08 report #211

I don't know if the previous pull request went through, I lost the connection. I tried to rebase my other branch and it seems like things messed up. So I create a new branch from main (that was synced with your main) and added my report edits there. Hopefully this works. Sorry, i'm not very good at git.
