add atr flight plans and reports

• Added flight reports for August 29a, 27a, 26a, 22b
• Updated flight plans to include crew for many flights
• Added way points for September 1a
• Added plans for September 7a

I guess there is one copy & paste error in the takeoff/landing dates of ATR-20240827a, otherwise this seems good to go 👍
