Markdown python cells have dependencies on two python scripts which are also added: "HALO_20240919a_sfc_winds.py" and "HALO_20240919a_plan.py". File called "worldfirs.json" (already in directory) also required.

Please note HALO_20240919a_sfc_winds is a copy and paste of functions from weather briefing's sfc_winds.py.
