feat: add hamp plots for 0709, 0909, 0609 #461

Thanks for adding that! Did you change something in the plotting script that changes the file size, or is there just more going on physically?

I ask because most of the images exceed our (arguably arbitrary) 300 KB limit. I think it would be fine to merge them, but I just want to make sure the HAMP Quick Looks don't follow a linear trend 😉 .

I can promise we won't continue this increase in file size. Is that enough to convince you to merge this, or should I produce the plots at lower dpi?
