Update crew, FL, circle order, change in take-off #470

updating the flight plan for Monday 23rd of September.

corrected flight levels to better match HALO's performance
updated crew names
changed the order that the circles are flown such that take off time is about an hour earlier. This was requested by FX.

The build is failing due to "non-consecutive header levels". This mean that you jump from ## Header right away to #### Subheader which Sphinx does not like. I guess that this is caused by some markdown cells in your Jupyter notebook that use the wrong header level
