New label for radar_calib in flight plan/report catergories #473

On some flights we are doing radar calibrations with involve two +- 20 degree rolls at 1 second per degree (160s in total). During that time the plane does strange plane motion and the radar attenuation is increased.

Perhaps we want to create a new tag in categories for flight plans/reports to identify flights which do this? I think that would be useful for both for those who look for flights with a radar calibration, and for those who use data and need to know there may be an unusual period.

Ah I just found this catergory already exists as "radar" so we don't need to add it. Yay!
