Organize sidebar in a more user friendly way.

Describe the solution you'd like

The sidebar menu should have the following areas:

• Home (the landing page)
• Data Management
  • Entities
• Security
  • Policies
• Admin (if admin user for the tenant)
  • Tenants
  • Services
  • Resource Types

sidebar should be "recursive" and each area should have nice icon. some thing like:
