policy counter is not always displaying the correct information in the tenant cards

Describe the bug

The counter sometime seems to pick the numbers from the wrong tenant:

In this picture Tenant 1 has actually 14 policies.

Also, after deleting a tenant, all gets 14 policies:

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Delete a tenant
2. See error

Expected behavior

Numbers are correct!
