There's no mention in the manual of how to run QuantumLeap in Gunicorn.

Describe the solution you'd like

Update the manual to explain how to run QuantumLeap in Gunicorn, performance tuning, and security settings. This is best done after we get more experience with running Gunicorn in prod, see #359. Also, we should move much of PR #357's comment to a design page on the wiki for future reference.

Notice PR #380 added a section to the user manual to explain how to run & configure with essential security settings.
